An MVUSD alumni from elementary through high school, Ema now works for Riverside County and is passionate about enriching our students' lives through arts and culture. She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from CSU Sacramento and an A.S. in Administration of Justice from Riverside Community College.

Assistant Principal at Mountain View Middle School! With over 26 years in education, Dr. LeBoss brings a deep commitment to creating school environments where every student feels seen and supported. Her leadership is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and the belief that strong relationships are the foundation of a strong school. Passionate about cultivating a safe, inclusive environment where staff and students thrive and are empowered to be the best version of themselves.

Renee Rojanaroj

VAPA Coordinator
Renee Rojanaroj serves as the Visual and Performing Arts Coordinator for the Moreno Valley Unified School District, where she passionately advocates for expanding arts education to every student in the district. She firmly believes that Arts Education is a fundamental right for students and advocates passionately for Arts Education for all. With over 25 years of experience as a music educator, graphic design artist, and trainer for arts educators and administrators, Renee brings a wealth of expertise to her role in the district. She is honored to serve on the board of the Moreno Valley Education Foundation to further support the students they serve. Renee’s passion lies center stage as the lead singer of her corporate band, After Dark, entertaining audiences across Southern California. Outside of her professional endeavors, Renee cherishes spending time with her family and enjoying live music.

Brayton Williams is a dedicated individual! Working in the Purchasing Department of the Moreno Valley Unified School District with a commitment to supporting education at a fundamental level. Dedicated to help students and make a positive impact in their lives and education.

Maria Rosales
Board Member - Taqueria 2 Potrillos
Community Partner
Maria Rosales is currently the Public Relations Officer for Taqueria 2 Potrillos. She is very involved in the communities she serves and is the chair of the ambassador program for Perris Chamber of Commerce. Maria’s mission is to foster meaningful connections that enable individuals to thrive and reach their full potential. As part of our team, her mission is to nourish education through empowering students and teachers with the tools and support essential for learning and growth.

Eduardo Corona

Former MVUSD Student
Eduardo Corona graduated from Canyon Springs High School in 2024 and is attending the University of Redlands, studying Education, Public Policy, and Social Change. At Redlands, he participates in the school's chapel singers choir and serves as an Outdoor Programs trip leader. Outside of school, he has served his community in multiple forms. He served on State Superintendent Tony Thurmond's Youth Advisory Council and as the first Student Board Member on the MVUSD Board of Education. After college, Eduardo plans to pursue a Master's in International Education Policy and Analysis with a career goal of being an education policy consultant in the public or private sector.

With more than twenty years of experience in education, Alicia Grissom brings a deep commitment to student achievement, equity, and community partnership. As an Assistant Principal in Moreno Valley Unified School District, she serves on the leadership team and works alongside educators and stakeholders who exemplify excellence through purposeful service. Alicia Grissom is honored to serve on the Moreno Valley Education Foundation Board, supporting initiatives that positively impact students, families, and the broader Moreno Valley community.

Destiny is currently a student at Valley View High School, where she participates in clubs, and in leadership roles. She’s passionate about education and student advocacy as a result she strives to ensure students are supported and heard.

Dr. Alejandro Ruvalcaba
At-Large Board Member - MVUSD Superintendent
The Superintendent of Schools provides the educational leadership for all schools and 32,000 students of the Moreno Valley Unified School District. This includes directing the implementation of district-wide goals, plans, strategies, policies and budgets, and recommending their approval by the board of education.
Together with the dedicated educators, staff, and supportive community of Moreno Valley, Dr. Ruvalcaba looks forward to building on the district’s successes and working collaboratively to ensure that all students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for future opportunities.
